here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}.
I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots.
I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds].
I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot.
I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint.

Hope they are nowhere near you and I will keep all the folks over that way in my thoughts.
Love your Vintage Tuesday plans.
Vintage Tuesday sounds wonderful. I'll look forward to more.
I'll send good thoughts to everyone over there and hope that the fires do not come anywhere near you. Stay safe.
I am so sorry to hear about your bush fires! I pray that it is under control very soon!:(
I understand when you say "you are at a loss of words at Corey's writing at times"...I feel the same! hugs NG
looking forward to vintage Tuesdays. you are worrying about bushfires, and some people in our area are worrying about flooding we have had so much rain, yin and yang in action.
The fire situation sounds scary. I hope no one will lose their home this time round.
Vintage Tuesday sounds good, I look forward to it.

Robyn...thank you, merci.
You have been such a wonderful friend, and your thoughtful words are like diamonds, I treasure them!
My prayers for your safety and the fires to end.
Hello Robyn, I just saw an item about the Blue Mountains Bushfires on the news I read on the Net. (We don't buy newspapers and I always forget to turn the tv on in time for news at night). I thought of you immediately, and minutes later, I read about them on your blog. Dear Friend, my thoughts and prayers are with you and all who live in this beautiful part of Australia. We all know that fires are part of our landscape, but it is so frightening when they are too close. As I am typing down here in Melbourne, the wind is blowing a gale out there and the gum trees are bending over almost in half. Do you ever wonder where the birds nest while their tree homes are rocked so violently?
Take care...if the worst happens and you have to evacuate, I'm sure you have friends and family in NSW to go to, but there is a bed and bath down here for your family if you need it.
