thanks everyone ! Joe has an appointment on October 23!
we called the specialist and told him the circumstances and he said he would rather see Joe sooner rather than later.
I just don't know what I would do if anything ever happened to him.
I feel much more settled now and when the panic sets in, I breathe and exhale, breathe and exhale
I also think of each of you out there ~ praying for us and keeping us in your hearts and breathing along with me.

I am sorry I missed your original post about this Robyn! How very scary for you and Joe!

Good for you! I missed visiting yesterday, and have just been catching up. Now I feel so bad that I didn't visit. You must feel I didn't care. Things have been so crazy around here that I don't always get much blog time every day. I will also be sending positive thoughts your way.

Oh dear Ms Robyn, I haven't been online for a couple of days, and am just now catching up. Wot a year this has been for health problems! Just about everyone in our blogging 'group' seems to have had a bad time one way or another this past year. Keeping my fingers and legs crossed for Joe. One of my HC clients who is 80-something, was diagnosed with bowel cancer a couple of months ago. She had an op. and was home within the week, and is now bouncing with renewed good health! Lucky for her it was caught early, so if Joe does have the Big C, hopefully it is in the early stage and won't need drastic surgery etc. to cure him.
