a journey of self discovery. You just never know what we might see. Is that a fairy ring under that rowan tree? Look! - a hedgewitch, I wonder what she is brewing in her cauldron today. Oh, and look at that poor menopausal soul, she needs our love & understanding. We may take a stop at the creativity school or a wander through the garden. And maybe, we will take the time machine back to the past! But wherever we go, we will always take time to stop for tea.

ahhhh

it's raining

I woke this morning to the sound of rain on my roof, of rain running down the down pipes. not heavy rain, but nice gentle steady rain. Not rain to fill the dam but rain to help ease the fire threat. Thank God. And thank YOU

my son is home, safe. He slept most of yesterday after being out all night the night before. He was happy to say that they saved someones home. He is a nice 'boy', a lovely man. I am proud.

those were great words to read...."it's raining"....maybe the rain dances worked. I am SO relieved for you and that your son is home safe. It's such a noble cause to get out there and fight fires, especially as a volunteer. PLease let him know others round the world are proud of him.

Phew! I was getting worried. I am so glad and I have a tear in my eye that your son is safe. Thank God.
I always think of 9-11 when I think of firefighters, and since that time have such a newfound respect for those who put their lives on the line to help others.
What a wonderful world.
You raised some great kids Robyn they are a testament to you.

Wonderful news and what a son to be proud of.
That is not any old rain you have though, it is the angels weeping at Englands' lousy performance in the first test of the Ashes...

Good news Robyn. Thankfully everything turned out ok, especially that your beloved son is safe!

RE: the doll swap. I left a post at Violettes. Thanks for trying to fit me in but since I messed up by not paying attention, I will just pass this one up and pay more attention for the next time. I didn't mean to try to wiggle in, I was just crying the blues. (I'm a whiner...lol). So please let everyone know that they only have to do one. And THANK YOU ANYWAY!!!
