a journey of self discovery. You just never know what we might see. Is that a fairy ring under that rowan tree? Look! - a hedgewitch, I wonder what she is brewing in her cauldron today. Oh, and look at that poor menopausal soul, she needs our love & understanding. We may take a stop at the creativity school or a wander through the garden. And maybe, we will take the time machine back to the past! But wherever we go, we will always take time to stop for tea.
About Me
- Name: Miss Robyn
- Location: Katoomba, NSW, Australia
here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. Star watcher and Moon gazer. story cloth weaver. keeper of family dreams and wishes. good friend and creator of life. herbal tea drinker and potion maker.

Lovely, oh it is so exciting seeing what you are all up to. Are you using beads as pupils? I have to admit I know what sort of design I am doing for everyone, though of course I knew before everyone else, seeing I was organising it, who was taking part and have had time to mull designs over in my head. Love xx
Oh Robyn, it's just lovely! So pretty in pink. I think I'll have to try my hand at quilting someday...
Gosh, you can do everything! It's fun and beautiful.
This is very sweet. I love th rick rack hair and multiple dots.
This reminds me of the movie "How to Make an American Quilt" with Wynona Ryder and many others. If any quilt maker has never seen it, it is a must see. I once made a quilt, spread size, of all finished 1 inch squares. By the time I was well (very laid up in the making), I couldn't look at it and never did the inside and backing. I gave it to a friend who threw a shower for me when I was PG with my daughter. Just sharing a memory.
It's beautiful - you are very talented - gives me inspiration to go out and do something like this - only hope inspiration is the main ingredient as I don't appear to have too much talent in this area!!
That is just so cute. You are a talented gal.
What a great idea. Yours is so sweet, of course! I would expect nothing less of you!!
This is beautiful Robyn!! I am very excited that I will be receiving one of your beautiful pieces - whoooo hooo!
Thanks for sharing.

What a lovely piece you've made for the quilt...it's simply wonderful!! Daisy had asked me to participate but I don't sew (except to hem pants! lol) and I've never tried anything like this so I had to pass:-( Would love to see the finished quilt though!! Hugs xox
