a journey of self discovery. You just never know what we might see. Is that a fairy ring under that rowan tree? Look! - a hedgewitch, I wonder what she is brewing in her cauldron today. Oh, and look at that poor menopausal soul, she needs our love & understanding. We may take a stop at the creativity school or a wander through the garden. And maybe, we will take the time machine back to the past! But wherever we go, we will always take time to stop for tea.
About Me
- Name: Miss Robyn
- Location: Katoomba, NSW, Australia
here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. Star watcher and Moon gazer. story cloth weaver. keeper of family dreams and wishes. good friend and creator of life. herbal tea drinker and potion maker.

Sorry you weren't able to sleep and enjoy your get-away.
Hope your fire alert isn't too serious. We have a lot of wildfires happen here in S. Calif., but we don't have an alert system. Sounds like a good thing to have, though.
I'm really excited about the SSOF exchange, too. I've started collecting up a couple of fun little things already, and at first for some reason thought we were to send it all at once - but now I guess, we can send it a little at a time, here and there? That would make more sense. I need to read things more closely!
Welcome home, dear Robyn! I missed you. I'm sorry you didn't sleep well but it sounds like you had a pretty good time otherwise, so I'm happy for that.
Glad you are home safe and sound. Can't wait to see what you have made. The wind can be quite disturbing, even without the threat of fire. The wind is strong here today, stripping the trees and blowing the leaves everywhere.
Glad you're back home, and it sounds as if you got some sewing done. Can't wait to see the wood block print.
We're also having high winds and several wildfires are burning here in So California. Thankfully none that threaten our area but I feel badly for the people who are in the path of them.
Glad you are back. Hope you had a really good time even if you couldn't sleep.
It's good you had a nice break. Sounds like you're as busy as ever, with even more new projects. You're an inspiration!
Welcome home Miss*R...can't wait to see some pictures from when you were away:-) Always nice to go away but also always nice to come back home! Hope you'll now be able to catch up on all your lost sleep!! Hugs xox
